At WOW Wellness Center, we provide our patients with the highest quality vitamins and minerals intravenously and intramuscularly for maximum absorption. Additionally, we are certified in MAH Ozone Therapy and deliver this unique therapy to our patients to heal and detoxify the body.
We are looking for happy and upbeat nurses with a positive attitude to be part of our team to deliver the WOW experience. The right candidate will be confident, outgoing, and have a nursing philosophy supportive of the root-cause based healthcare that we deliver. The WOW Wellness Center IV nurse specialist will assess a client's health, as well as detect changes in symptoms, or pain, and will need to know when action is necessary. They will be sympathetic to a patient's needs and be able to interact with people in various emotional states.
Our Infusion nurses administer IV vitamin infusions and work with specific protocols, therefore attention to detail is crucial. Our nurses will face multiple patients, with differing needs and stages of health. Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must. You will be communicating directly with patients who may have a lot of questions. You will need to be a patient listener and good communicator.
During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time. Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs/maintenance.
Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
